Areas of Expertise Budget analysis at local level to mobilize grassroots and create a bottom-up ripple effect.  Budget policy analysis at national, or macro level focusing on policy advocacy founded on concrete, accurate, and reliable research work, which will lead to policy amendments with top-down impact.  These two components are tied together by a budget literacy program at both national and grassroots level.
