Areas of Expertise Established in 2000, CSPR analyzes the impact of budget on poverty reduction, conducts expenditure tracking, capacity building, and participatory poverty research.  Through its research and policy analysis program CSPR monitors and track budget expenditures of government and conducts poverty and other impact assessments to determine the effectiveness of government initiatives and programs.  CSPR generates evidence for pro-poor advocacy purposes.
