Asian Development Bank — The Asian Development Bank, a development finance institution owned by more than 50 countries, promotes the economic and social progress of developing countries in Asia and the Pacific.

The Asian Development Bank has a good governance section with useful information on public expenditure management.  Particularly useful is the document on Public Expenditure Management, "Managing Government Expenditure." (ADB. Salvatore Schiavo-Campo and Daniel Tommasi. April. 1999.)  It consists of 17 Chapters and gives comprehensive and well-written overviews of different aspects of Public Expenditure Management (PEM).  Most of the Chapters are posted separately under different topics in the Library section of the IBP site.

India Budget 2004-2005 — Web page on India's national budget.

Public Affairs Center — Based in Bangalore, India, the Public Affairs Center aims to improve the quality of governance and public management in India through research and partnerships with government agencies and other citizen groups. Site includes update on recent research findings and activities.

Australian budget data — Detailed online budget data and papers for 2004-05.

New Zealand Treasury — Site includes online publications and working papers, including budgets of New Zealand and budget policy statements.
