ID21 Development Research Reporting Service — Weekly on-line newsletter detailing latest research and developments in development economics.  Published by the Institute of Development Studies of the UK.

"Finance and Development" — A quarterly magazine for policymakers, academicians, business people, and others interested in the work of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund and current issues in international economics and finance.  Special emphasis is placed on economic development. Published jointly by the IMF and the World Bank.

Harvard's CAER II Project. Consulting Assistance on Economic Reform — This site has information and research on public management, in particular in developing countries.

World Bank papers and web resources — Papers, working papers, and web resources listed by topic available through the world bank. Includes resources on development issues.
