Sharing challenges, lessons-learned, and successes is an important part of how we approach advancing applied budget analysis. Accordingly, the IBP solicited and compiled NGO examples that fall into two categories: organizational development and training, and analyzing and affecting budget policies. Altogether there are a dozen short case studies from Croatia, India, Israel, Kenya, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, and Tanzania.
