  • County Heads of Budget Meeting Rapporteur’s Report (September 2016)
    In September 2016 IBP Kenya organized the second national convening of county Heads of Budget, convening budget directors, planning directors, economists, and budget officers from Kenya’s 47 counties to resolve outstanding issues from last year’s meeting and to discuss emerging concerns.
