Facilitates the process of Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS) monitoring in all its program areas: education, HIV/AIDS, gender, agriculture, and food security through local partners. The PRS monitoring includes independent and multi-stakeholder monitoring of government performance, including tracking flow of funds, corruption, and service delivery.
