AYE is a nongovernmental organization founded by graduates of the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute and registered as a public organization since 1993. The AYE strives to accelerate socioeconomic development, promote economic reforms, and campaign for economic knowledge and awareness in Azerbaijan.
Major Current Activities
The Association of Young Economists and the Union of Economist Journalists held the training "Budget process and civil society," from 16-18 May 2003 with the International Budget Partnership supported by the Eurasia Foundation and the Open Society Institute.
