GoGo Foundation’s focus is on citizen awareness and capacity development on right to information, good governance, and fighting corruption. GoGo promotes participation by mobilizing citizens in government processes.
GoGo also works on participatory budget planning, design, and implementation at the village level, district level, and policy level. GoGo encourages citizen participation in budget planning and implementation at the local level, and was invited by the Nepalese Supreme Audit Institution (Office of Auditor General) to develop guidelines to engage CSOs in the aditing process, resulting in the creation of unique guidelines now endorsed by the Auditor General of Nepal.
